One gross oversight though... unless I missed it, one of the greatest champions of eliminating disparities in health is missing: former US Surgeon General and Aassistant Secretary of Health David Satcher, M.D., Ph.D. A major portion of his agenda focused on disparities. There are many photos, so I could have missed it. If not, I hope future BIG productions will recognize his accomplishments since they align so closely.
