This is Just my Way of making Loco Moco. Traditionally it is made with Sunny Side Egg and with gravy covered over the beef, not over the egg. Ingredients: Cooked rice Ground beef 1 egg gravy Your favorite seasonings Worcestershire sauce 1) Mix seasonings and ground beef together. Flatten into a hamburger patty. 2) Heat up pan and add patty. Cook both sides, however you like (well done/medium rare). 3) Add Worcestershire sauce for added flavor 4) Place hamburger patty over cooked rice 5) Fry an egg on your heated pan 6) Add fried egg over the hamburger patty and top with gravy sauce.
